I was pleased all around with the job done. My roof sprung a leak into my living room. They came out right away and put plastic on roof to stop leak until they could put the new roof on. They did a great job with the roof, and pulled out all the long nails from the eves that were there from previous job done poorly. They also did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Nothing was left behind in the yard. I'm a very happy customer ☺️
Awesome experience, reasonable price, Joe clearly explained options vs pushing expensive new roof. Great option to extend the life of an older roof until a new one can be planned for. Cleanup was lacking (although it was cold).
Had some moss removed and roof cleaned. Also had the roof sprayed with moss preventer. They were professional and did a nice job. When one was spraying the moss preventer on the roof the other person was down below spraying my bushes and plants with water to keep the moss preventer off. Then they cleaned up all the debris. Happy with the job.

Joe arrived promptly for a cleaning and repair estimate. He identified several issues associated with the original install of our five year old roof; the water–stained soffit areas were evident to us as well. Joe and his crew made two visits to ensure and guarantee the repairs were effective & completed to their high-quality workmanship and expectations. I have used the Roof Medic for the last two years to clean and moss proof my tile roof. Prior to using them, I tried in vain using Moss B Gone, which never worked. Since switching, there is no trace of any moss on my roof. Don't waste your time with do it yourself remedies, they don't work.
We bought the house just over a year ago and the roof was DIRTY. The Roof Medic workers had their work cut out for them cleaning and treating for moss. They did a great job.
We are very pleased with the cleaning that was performed on roof. All the alleys and the gutters were thoroughly clean. Time will tell on the moss treatment that was used, but I’m sure it will be great. It looked so great that our neighbors across the street booked a cleaning and are very happy also. They completed the work despite heavy rain (they were all soaked by the end of the day). Very impressive work ethic. The entire process was smooth, professional and well communicated. reasonably priced. they also have expertise in tile roofs which is rare in the PNW area.
Roof Medic was fantastic, and I can't recommend them enough. Every aspect of the process was great. This is a very professional organization that does high quality work. Do yourself a favor and use them.
